liboggz2-dev software package provides convenience interface for Ogg stream I/O (development files), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install liboggz2-dev
liboggz2-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the liboggz2-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep liboggz2-dev *
You will get with liboggz2-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
